Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Confirmation Airport transportation must be booked at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed service. Reservations can be made via the KGR website, email, or WhatsApp. Guests will receive a confirmation message with driver details and pickup instructions. 2. Pickup & Drop-off Standard pickup locations include JKIA and Wilson Airport. Extra charges apply for pickups/drop-offs beyond JKIA or Wilson Airport. Guests must provide accurate flight details to coordinate timely pickups. 3. Waiting Time & Delays Drivers will wait for a maximum of 1 hour after flight arrival. Additional waiting time will be chargeable. Flight delays should be communicated as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows Free cancellation is allowed up to 12 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup will incur a 50% charge of the transport cost. No-shows (guest does not arrive within the waiting period) will be charged 100% of the booking fee. 5. Payment & Charges Payment options include mobile payment(MPESA), and credit/debit card (pre-payment may be required). Additional Charges Apply to: Late Night Transfers (11:00 PM – 5:00 AM): KES 3,000 Waiting Time Beyond 1 Hour: KES 2,500 per hour Extra Stopovers (within Nairobi): KES 2,000 per stop Child seats are available upon request at an additional charge. 6. Special Requests & Shared Transfers Guests should inform KGR in advance of special requests such as extra luggage or baby car seats.
