Service Description
Daily Admission allows you access to the Pool from open to close on the day of your visit. All Guests visiting the park must have a valid Daily Admission ticket purchased for that day to enter. Please check our current Operating Hours to plan your next trip to KGR. Kids age 2 & under are free to enter and do not need to purchase a pool ticket.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, Kitonga Garden Resort (KGR) has established the following booking policy for all resort activities. 1. Booking & Reservations Guests are encouraged to book activities at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Bookings can be made via: The KGR website WhatsApp or phone at +254113262688 Onsite Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed. 2. Payment & Charges Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm participation. Prices for activities are subject to change without prior notice, and seasonal rates may apply. Payments can be made via MPESA or credit/debit card. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Free cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled activity. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the activity will incur a 50% charge. No-shows (guests who do not attend without prior cancellation) will be charged 100% of the activity fee. If an activity is canceled by the resort due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a reschedule or a resort credit (refunds are not issued). 4. Group & Private Activity Bookings For group bookings (5+ participants), reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Private sessions, including guided hikes, yoga classes, or special tours, may be subject to additional charges. Group cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 50% charge. 5. Late Arrivals & Rescheduling Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the activity. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of the booking, with no refund. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before the original booking time and are subject to availability. 6. Special Requests & Requirements Guests must inform the resort of any special requirements such as: Dietary needs for food-related activities Medical conditions or accessibility needs Requests for private instructors or guides Some activities may have age, fitness, or health restrictions. Guests should check with staff before booking. 7. Resort Rights & Liability KGR reserves the right to modify or cancel activities for safety reasons, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
